Embodying Your Practice
A mix of active and passive stretching to become aware of the sensations in the body. Re-learning how to listen to the messages our body is telling us through breath, meditation and movement. This class provides a safe space for practitioners to begin their yoga practice, connect with their body, and cultivate a compassionate relationship with the inner landscape of the mind, body and spirit. Suitable for all levels, including students who have never practiced yoga.

There are many ways to walk this life-journey, and my sessions help to facilitate the tapping inward to explore your assets and liabilities, further enhancing your relationship with life.
