CASCADA ELYSIANA
Set atop a ridge in the valley of San Juan de Dios in Costa Rica, Cascada Elysiana (or Elysian Falls) is a Natural Wonderland, featuring one of Costa Rica's most beautiful waterfalls, accessible only to us and our neighbors at Finca El Encanto, an organic water buffalo ranch across the river.​

Accomodations at Cascada are all Eco-friendly. Nestled deep in the jungle, you will experience primitive luxury; AC provided by the Jungle wind and fans, flush and composting toilets throughout the property, outdoor showers under the rainforest canopy, WIFI, hospitality, and love.
FOOD
LOCAL, ORGANIC, SUSTAINABLE
Each day, while at the retreat center*, you will be nourished by the hand of a beautiful woman, infusing love and grace into every meal. All food is local, seasonal, vegetarian, hearty and designed to meet the needs of the energetic and spiritual processing of the retreat container. Individual allergies and dietary restrictions are considered prior to departure.

*Two meals will be shared off site during excursions and outings into town.
DAILY CONNECTION
MOVEMENT, SOUND, EXPLORATION, RELEASE
Each day attendees will participate in group processes including yoga, journaling, meditation, breathwork, sound immersion, bio-energetic processes and other facilitated releases. The retreat is designed to tap into Play by moving through limitations of thought, antiquated beliefs and conditioned patterns. The container we create as a group is Sacred, each of us playing a role in the process of another's work. We recognize the courage that it takes to be vulnerable, and we stand in our integrity as space holders, for each other.
EXCURSIONS
YOUR INNER ADVENTURER
Exploring our limits physically helps us better understand how we hold ourselves back from the act of truly living. Be prepared to chase waterfalls, take giant leaps off of some of them... ATV along the countryside, surf on some of the best waves in Costa Rica, swim in natural watering holes, use your body to guide you down down natural water slides, hike in the beautiful Costa Rican Jungle... and MORE!
