This Labor Day Weekend, immerse yourself in an enriching and deeply restorative experience— beginning with a serene and rejuvenating 75-minute gentle yoga class. This class is designed to be a sanctuary of calm amidst the festivities, offering a space for you to unwind, recharge, and reconnect with your inner tranquility.

Hang out at the Ice Haus for a few hours in the afternoon, or head home for a nap or family time and return to join us for an evening of yoga nidra, sound healing and community connection. Emily will guide us through Yoga Nidra, a healing practice in which you hover in liminal space, allowing the body to be relaxed while the mind is tranquil yet alert. Coupled with a sound bath, providing a beautiful way to create a space of profound peace and inner resonance.
