COMMUNITY SERVICES
In changing times, many of us are needing support for ourselves, and our children. I am dedicated to growing and supporting out local community. Whether you need a house sitter, a pet sitter, a kid sitter, a deep cleaner, or a tutor for your children, I am willing to be of service, so we can all have peace of mind.
COPY EDITING
I am passionate about the written word, and know that many of you are too. Sharing our passion with others helps to grow our creative spirit and root into change and growth. I have been honored to help publish some grassroots works, and would love to help you get your craft off the ground.
RECOVERY SUPPORT
As imperfect humans, we are all recovering something; bits of our soul we have lost along the way. Recovery is an action word for a very personal journey. As a collective, this is a set of actions we take daily in order to change maladapted patterns/misperceptions in order to alleviate suffering and live to our fullest potential. Support is available. I teach Y12SR (yoga for 12 step recovery) classes around the Houston Metroplex and offer free classes with The Phoenix.
